Things I am still trying out with my own children. They are here on the
website only, not in Sukhi Play, and they may change or go away. If
children keep coming back to one, it gets a proper release.

Build a track, press go, and watch Sukhi drive it. For ages 3 to 5.
It then opens like any other app, full screen, even with no internet.
